Apple Butter
	Susan said "I had only come across APPLE BUTTER in the USA - it was new to me with the condiments at the breakfast buffets. I had never thought to try and make any apple butter until this year when my neighbour's apple tree was laden with fruit and after exhausting all my usual recipes I remembered Apple Butter. It has many more uses than just a toast topping, or a cake filling - it goes really well with cheese and crackers/bread - it brings out the flavour of the cheese (any cheese) brilliantly (an apple version of the spanish quince membrillo.) You'll find your own ways to enjoy this delicious spread. It stores well, unopened in a cupboard, and once opened stays good for at least a year in the fridge before starting to lose some of it's flavour."
